The Big Safe and Sound Sign Up petition is the second stage of our campaign to make England a safer place for young runaways. Our target is to collect 100,000 names, that is, one for every child that runs away in England. We will present the petition to the Government to help persuade them to fund a national network of safe emergency accommodation for young runaways.
